Set a timer for 3 minutes and choose one of the following to practice:

  • Follow your inhale & exhale as you consciously focus on your breathing for 3 minutes
  • Notice the thoughts that pop up in 3 minutes and label them – planning, worry, doubt, organizing, judging, etc.
  • Notice if you are feeling any emotion right now- what is it and do you feel any sensations in your body as you notice the emotion?
