3 Breaths: Mind, Brain, and Body Integration

This session will focus on helping parents, educators, and coaches to understand the connection between the body, the brain, and the mind. Understanding this connection is very important for athletes because optimizing these areas and integrating them together can enable them to reach peak performance in the sport and in life. Integrating practices such as meditation and mindful movement can help young people not just in their sport, but in their lives outside of the sport while reducing injury and improving sleep. Participants will leave the session with tools and techniques they can implement to help athletes improve balance in the mind and body, which is especially important in times of challenge and transition.
