About the Speaker: Trish Keiller
Trish Keiller is a master trainer, coach, and speaker who empowering schools to cultivate well-being. As an educator, certified health counselor, yoga and mindfulness instructor, and certified coach, Trish enthuses the integration of mind-body wellness through the integration of mindset management, mindful movement, and mindful breathing.
She’s most passionate about holding her clients high with successful adoption of the skills, behaviors, mindsets, and attitudes that empower them to thrive. She knows when we feel well, we do well!
Trish earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a Master’s in Educating Students with Learning Disabilities, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership & Administration. She is certified as a holistic health counselor, yoga teacher, mindfulness instructor, and virtual coach; she’s also a graduate of Heartcore)
