About the Speaker:  Charles Williams

Charles Williams has served in education for more than 15 years. He is currently a K-8 principal in Chicago.
Charles is also the founder of CW Consulting, the  host of The Counter Narrative Podcast and the co-host of Inside the Principal’s Office. He is also an educational consultant, a keynote speaker, a workshop facilitator, and a bestselling author. 
Charles also serves as an equity advocate for both the Chicago Public Schools and the City of Chicago.
